How does it work?
Due diligence is a key part of
the process of offshore company incorporation and management. We rely on a
written undertaking from our clients that they will perform due diligence checks
on beneficial owners and will make such information available to us on request,
if necessary.
On receipt of this undertaking
and acceptance of your firm as a client, we issue each client with a password
enabling you to access our website and purchase shelf companies, or to request
incorporation on-line. Full instructions for these procedures are provided.
Orders must be accompanied by
payment in the form of check or credit card. Alternatively, clients may find it
more convenient to maintain a credit balance with us which may be debited
against each instruction.
Shelf companies are dispatched
on the day of order. Custom incorporations are dispatched as soon as the process
in each jurisdiction allows.
